The spiral stacking sludge dewatering machine integrates automatic control cabinet, flocculation conditioning tank, sludge concentration and dewatering body, and liquid collection tank. It can achieve efficient flocculation under automatic operation conditions, continuously complete sludge concentration, squeezing and dewatering work, and finally return or discharge the collected filtrate.

The sludge hopper is mainly used to collect dehydrated mud cake in the sludge dewatering room and store it in the hopper. When the sludge reaches a certain volume, the valve at the bottom of the hopper is opened to unload the sludge cake to the transport vehicle for transportation. There are two fan-shaped doors at the bottom of the sludge hopper. The sludge is collected and discharged by controlling the two fan-shaped doors. The fan-shaped doors are controlled by cylinders or electric actuators.
