In the field of deep treatment of industrial wastewater and upgrading of municipal sewage, fiber turntable filter cloth filter is becoming a technical benchmark for high suspended solids interception and fine filtration with its unique design concept and intelligent operation logic. When raw water flows into the filter evenly through the inlet weir plate, gravity drives the water flow to penetrate the filter cloth woven by long-haired fibers. These fibers are tightly stacked in a lodging state to form a multi-layer three-dimensional filtration network that can capture suspended particles as small as 5 microns. As the water continues to flow through, the surface of the filter cloth gradually accumulates interceptions, the filtration rate decreases, and the water level in the filter tank quietly rises. When the water level reaches the preset threshold, the control system immediately triggers the backwashing program - the drive motor drives the central drum to rotate slowly, and the negative pressure suction cup precisely fits the surface of the filter cloth to forcefully remove the pollutants deeply embedded in the fiber pores.

The intelligent design of the equipment runs through the entire process. The vertical tray structure expands the ultra-large filtration area in a limited space. The processing capacity of a single device can reach hundreds of cubic meters per hour, and the area is only one-third of the traditional sand filtration system. The introduction of the anti-clogging water suction pump solves the problem that the traditional negative pressure system is easily blocked by sludge, and it can still operate stably even under the impact of high-turbidity wastewater.
